Description

BEFORE YOU START, TOOLS

  1. A vessel for burning sage, a shell or fire proof dish
  2. Your sage wand
  3. A fire source (match, candle)
  4. A fanning tool (not necessary)

CLEANSE YOUR SPACE

  1. Set your intention & say a mantra “I let go & release what no longer serves me.” You can say whatever feels right.
  2. Walk around your space & open it up, open the doors, windows, draws, cupboards, closets, etc..
  3. Light Your Sage.
  4. Walk around your space allow the smoke to waft around & get lost inside everything. Be Safe.

  5.  Extinguish your sage.

CLEANSE YOURSELF

    1. Follow the same steps as above, but the focus will be on your body instead of your space.
    2. Start at your feet and move up with your feet slightly apart
    3. Repeat your mantra (either internally or aloud) as you go, envisioning the smoke is clearing you of any & all lingering negativity
    4. Extinguish your sage.
